Description
The five published books are:
1. “A Game of Thrones” (1996) – Introduces the key families and sets the stage for the power struggle.
2. “A Clash of Kings” (1998) – The civil war for the Iron Throne escalates.
3. “A Storm of Swords” (2000) – A pivotal book with significant events and twists.
4. “A Feast for Crows” (2005) – Focuses on southern Westeros, offering new viewpoints.
5. “A Dance with Dragons” (2011) – Runs concurrently with “A Feast for Crows” and explores post-war consequences.
Two more books, “The Winds of Winter” and “A Dream of Spring,” were anticipated to conclude the series but had no official release dates as of my last update. The novels are celebrated for their intricate world-building and complex characters, inspiring the widely popular “Game of Thrones” television series.
