Returns and Refund Policy of ThothDesk Global

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy (“Return Policy”).

Most of our products are used or pre-owned hence if you are unsatisfied with the product’s condition, please contact us within two days of receiving the product and we will raise a refund request depending on the product’s condition. You will have to send the product to us in this case.

(Important:- Please create an unboxing video as soon as you receive the product, to ensure it has not been manipulated later, we may not accept returns without unboxing video specially of statues which are fragile items.)

Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details thothdeskglobal at gmail.com for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

Refunds

We do not provide any refund, we only exchange product if it is damaged or defective, please intimate us within 3 days of receipt.
